Terms of use

Registration
All participants are requested to register by using the online system.
Please, fill in your personal data and then proceed to the Registration page.
You should choose the button Status to view all applicable Registration fees, Additional and Social events (if any).
 
Hotel accommodation, transfers and tourist program
Please follow onscreen instructions to make your booking.
The hotel booking is guaranteed by full prepayment of the entire stay.
Any change / cancellation of booking must be sent to CIM Ltd. by e-mail and not directly to the hotel.
 
Payment
Your registration and/or booking will be confirmed only after receiving your payment. 
The payment can be made by bank transfer or by bank card. MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY cards will be accepted.  
Please check with your card issuer if your card is open for Internet transactions.
Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
When paying by credit card, the payment is processed at the time of registration and/or booking.  
A payment page of our servicing bank opens and you have to enter your card details. (Only our bank will have access to your card details.) In case you are registered for the Verified by Visa or MaterCard SecureCode  authentication services, an authentication page of your card issuer opens, where you type your authentication password or code. (Only your card issuer will have access to your authentication data.)
In order to guard you against fraud during payment with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply best practices recommended by the international card organizations:
  • The security during entry and transport of card data is provided by the use of an SSL protocol for encryption of the connection between our server and the payment server of our servicing bank. 
  • The authenticity of your card is checked by the verification of the card verification value (CVV2)
  • In addition, for your identification as the authentic cardholder, the payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations – “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”, in case you are registered to use them. 
The transaction currency for card payments is Euro (EUR).
Bulgarian Lev (BGN) is fixed to the Euro at the rate of 1.9558 leva = 1 euro.
If the transaction is successful a transaction receipt is displayed onscreen. You can print or save it for your records.
A Confirmation letter will be sent to each participant upon receipt of the registration/reservation data and respective payment.
Please present the letter at the CIM Registration Desk at the event venue.

Cancellation policy 
In case the payment was made by bank transfer, we will refund you by bank transfer as well.
If payment was made by credit card, we will refund you by a credit transaction on the card used for the original purchase.
 
Invoicing
All participants will receive invoices for the services that they have paid for. They will be issued in the name of the participant. In case your organization (company, university, etc.) makes a bank transfer to cover your expenses, then respectfully the invoice will be in its name. If you have any special requirements, please fill in the respective Information for Invoice field, after the Summary.
