Since the event budget is limited, the participants are expected to cover all the costs related to their participation in the meeting by themselves. The meeting fee is 350 EUR and includes:
 

  • accommodation (4 nights – 27,28,29 and 30 April 2014 - at Park Hotel Moskva 
  • 3 lunches, 3 dinners, 6 coffee breaks
  • workshops and trainings

 
However, there is a possibility for sponsoring a part of the meeting costs. If you would like to request sponsorship either for travel and/or accommodation, please click below and we will present your request to the Steering Committee of the Meeting, which will decide if that is possible. Kindly note that only one person per coalition can request sponsorship.
